ENERPAT Metal Briquetting Machine

During the manufacturing process, the accumulation of metal shavings and contamination from cutting fluids has been a persistent challenge for companies. Not only does this take up significant storage space, but it can also lead to environmental pollution, affecting corporate image and operational efficiency. ENERPAT Large Metal Briquetting Machine was developed specifically to address these issues.


This metal swarf compactor utilizes advanced compression technology to efficiently compress large volumes of metal shavings into compact briquettes, significantly reducing their size and enhancing space utilization. Additionally, the machine effectively separates cutting fluids during the compression process, achieving an oil removal rate of up to 95%. The resulting briquettes are solid and leak-free, effectively mitigating cutting fluid contamination and improving the workshop environment, helping companies pass environmental assessments.

Operating Principle

Conveyor Feeding

Waste shavings are transported to the briquette machine's inlet via a chip conveyor.

Dual Spiral Feed

The dual spiral design ensures a smooth and steady feed into the compression chamber.

Hydraulic Compression

The hydraulic electric control system compresses the waste into briquettes and ejects them smoothly.

ENERPAT offers four models of briquette machines to meet the diverse capacity needs of our customers:

Small Metal Chip Briquetter

Designed for lower capacity scenarios, it has a compression force of 50 tons and provides flexible processing capabilities to meet small-scale production demands.

Single Output Metal Briquetter

This model compresses a single briquette at a time, with a compression force of 100 to 200 tons, providing stable processing capabilities ideal for medium-scale production.

Double Output Metal Chip Compactor

Featuring a dual-station design, this machine compresses two briquettes simultaneously, also with a compression force of 100 to 200 tons, effectively doubling production efficiency for large-scale operations.

Large Metal Briquetting Machine

Specifically engineered for high-capacity production, it offers a compression force of 300 to 2000 tons, producing 1 to 40 tons per hour to meet urgent production demands.
