Product Description

Pocket Coils Recycling Line

ENERPAT Pocket Coils Recycling Line features manual feeding for easy operation and high processing efficiency. It significantly reduces the environmental impact of old mattresses while maximizing resource utilization. We are committed to providing customers with efficient, eco-friendly, and cost-effective solutions for pocket coil disposal, promoting the circular economy.

  • Rough Shredding Stage

Old mattresses are first transported via a rubber conveyor belt to a dual-shaft shredder for initial crushing, reducing them to sizes below 50x800mm, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processing.

  • Fine Grinding and Wire Separation

The crushed material is then fed into a wire separator for further grinding to below 80mm. During this process, spring steel is effectively separated from impurities like shredded fabric and foam.

  • Magnetic Separation

After fine crushing, the material passes through a magnetic separator, which uses magnetic force to extract spring steel (along with a small amount of fabric and foam).

  • Z-Type Sorting and Purification

The sorted materials undergo further processing through a Z-type sorter, where a negative pressure system effectively removes most of the fabric and foam, yielding high-purity spring steel that ensures strong support for subsequent resource reuse.

Core Advantages

Core Advantages

Intelligent Line Control

The system features efficient collaboration and a modular design, with a total installed power of 295.7 kW and an operational power of 230 kW.

It boasts low energy consumption, with a water usage of ≤0.5 L/h and an air consumption of 1-1.5 m³/min at a pressure of 0.6-0.8 MPa.

Advanced Sorting Technology

The technology offers precise and efficient separation, achieving over 95% separation rate, effectively facilitating the resource utilization of spring steel and non-metal materials.

High-Quality Component Assurance

The wire separator's spindle is made from 42CrMo alloy steel, ensuring uniform stress distribution, high strength, and resistance to deformation.

The drum magnet separator utilizes neodymium-iron-boron magnets, providing a strong magnetic field with minimal decay for efficient and durable performance.

Automatic Pulse Dust Collection System

The system ensures a dust-free operation throughout the line by centrally collecting dust, keeping particulate emissions below 8 mg/m³ and improving the working environment.

Smart Control System

Featuring one-touch operation, the system is controlled by Schneider PLC, with CCTV monitoring and a big data center for real-time oversight, fault alarms, and optimized performance.
