Making a Deal

Our old customer from Saudi Arabia purchased their first cable recycling line in 2021,and purchased their second cable recycling line in 2022,they are really satisfied with ENERPAT machines and service! This time they want to purchase a small two shafts shredder for shredding their cables,according to their needs and budget, we recommended the model MSB-E500 Two Shafts Shredder. After testing and checking the machine in our factory, our customers were completely satisfied with it, they signed the contract and transferred the total payment at a time immediately, and asked us to arrange the shipment soon.

Shipment

We packed the shredder with plastic film, steel frames, and wooden boxes. Moreover, we also drew the drawings packed in the container for the customer so that the machine would be installed smoothly at the customer's site. During the container loading, we took pictures of each step for packages feeding into the container and provided the photos to our customer. The customer was quite happy with our immediate delivery and gave positive feedback to us.
