ENERPAT End-of-Life Appliance Recycling Line has been developed to address the challenges posed by rapid product upgrades in the electronics sector. Materials are first processed by a shredder, then evenly fed by a vibrating feeder to a magnetic separator, effectively separating ferrous metals. The remaining materials proceed to an eddy current separator, where non-ferrous metals are distinguished from plastics. Further refinement is achieved through an air separator, which precisely separates copper from aluminum. Throughout the process, a dust removal system operates continuously, ensuring dust emissions remain well below the 8 mg/m³ environmental standard.
Intelligent operation is another highlight of this recycling line, utilizing a Schneider PLC automation control system to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
