ENERPAT End-of-Life Appliance Recycling Line has been developed to address the challenges posed by rapid product upgrades in the electronics sector. ENERPAT leverages innovative technology to provide this efficient and eco-friendly solution. The recycling line features a modular design, allowing it to flexibly adapt to varying capacity needs. Every step, from feeding discarded appliances to the final sorting of resources, is meticulously planned.


Materials are first processed by a shredder, then evenly fed by a vibrating feeder to a magnetic separator, effectively separating ferrous metals. The remaining materials proceed to an eddy current separator, where non-ferrous metals are distinguished from plastics. Further refinement is achieved through an air separator, which precisely separates copper from aluminum. Throughout the process, a dust removal system operates continuously, ensuring dust emissions remain well below the 8 mg/m³ environmental standard.


Intelligent operation is another highlight of this recycling line, utilizing a Schneider PLC automation control system to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
