The ENERPAT Fridge Shredding & Separating Line features a modular design, integrating safety, efficiency, and environmental protection. It begins with the manual pre-disassembly for harmful gas collection, followed by coarse crushing with a shredder, selective iron separation using a magnetic separator (with a purity exceeding 98%), and efficient non-ferrous metal separation (copper and aluminum separation rate exceeding 95%) using an eddy current separator. Additionally, a static electricity separator accurately categorizes plastics, and the entire process is equipped with a foam plastic and dust collection system, ensuring a recycling purity of over 97%. With excellent capacity, it can process 100-120 refrigerators per hour, making ENERPAT a leader in the recycled refrigerator industry.

Product Details

Steel Chain Feeding Conveyor

It can continuously and stably transport used refrigerators or their crushed materials from one processing stage to another. This ensures the continuity and efficiency of the production line.



Double Shaft Shredder


This process crushes used refrigerators into smaller chunks. It effectively reduces the volume and weight of the refrigerators, facilitating subsequent processing.



Vertical Shredder

It can further refine the material through detailed crushing. Its powerful crushing capability allows the initially crushed chunks to be processed into smaller particles or powder, meeting the precision requirements for subsequent separation and purification.



Eddy Current Separator

This allows for the effective recovery of non-ferrous metals, which hold significant economic value. After recycling, these materials can be reused in industrial production, contributing to the circular utilization of resources.



Foam Refrigerator

Through physical compression, the foam insulation layer in used refrigerators is compressed into small pieces or bales, reducing its volume for easier storage and transportation.


Dust Collector

Its efficient filtration and adsorption capabilities can effectively remove dust and particulate matter, maintaining cleanliness in the production workshop and ensuring good air quality.


Fire Protection System

The fire protection system reduces the possibility of fire occurrence by optimizing the design and operation of the crusher, thereby minimizing the high temperatures and sparks generated from the high-speed impact and friction of materials.
