ENERPAT Battery Electrode Foil Recycling Line
ENERPAT Battery Electrode Foil Recycling Line employs efficient crushing and sorting technology to recycle lithium battery electrodes. Initially, the electrodes are shredded into strips by a dual-shaft shredder. They are then further crushed into flakes using a granulator. The flake material is conveyed into a collection system via air transport and sorted through a rectangular shaking screen to separate black powder. Any non-compliant materials are processed through a grinder to separate lighter substances, followed by screening with a circular vibrating screen to ultimately separate aluminum powder and black powder, achieving efficient recovery and reuse.

This solution focuses on waste recovery for lithium battery manufacturing companies and the power battery recycling industry, aiming for maximum resource circularity.

This system is specifically designed for processing lithium battery waste, including ternary and lithium iron phosphate electrodes. It can handle scales of 1,000 to 1,500 kg/h, producing aluminum foil output of approximately 1 mm and black powder output of 40 to 100 mesh. |

Equipped with high-alloy 42CrMo blades, the system boasts high strength and toughness, with a lifespan exceeding twice that of standard blades. The fully enclosed square shaking screen effectively prevents dust dispersion, reduces noise, and complies with environmental standards. |
High Recovery Rate and Low Energy Consumption
The production line includes multiple sorting and screening devices, achieving precise and efficient separation. The overall recovery rate exceeds 98%, with a total installed power of 226.6 kW and operational power only around 154 kW, ensuring energy savings and environmental protection. |
Intelligent Control and Real-Time Monitoring
The line utilizes a Schneider PLC automation control system, implementing a "touch screen + buttons" operation mode. It enables intelligent control and integration of individual machines, coordinating operations to minimize user errors and maximize the efficient use of installed power. |
