Lithium Ion Battery Recycling System
ENERPAT® Lithium Ion Battery Recycling System integrates a feeding system, crushing system, fire protection system, inspection and maintenance system and intelligent monitoring system. The lifting system lifts the lithium battery and sends it into the sealed buffer bin, and nitrogen is immediately injected into the bin to reduce the oxygen concentration. When the oxygen content is less than 5%, the valve opens, and the material falls into the closed crushing system protected by nitrogen and is crushed into 30mm size (the discharge size is adjustable), discharged through the lower hopper, and then transported to the next process by the auger conveyor.
