MSA-F Series Single Shaft Shredders are small to medium size reduction machines suitable for processing a wide range of materials to a uniform particle size. The products can often be sold as is, or be sent for further processing through additional equipment. Throughputs typically range between 300kg/hr –10,000kg/hr+ depending on the model, material type and application.

MSA-F Series Single Shaft Shredders are widely used in the volumetric reduction of various waste products, including but not restricted to the following. Plastc Bottles, Plastic Pipes, Woven Bags, Electrical Cable, Waste Wood, Industrial Paper, Domestic Rubbish & Electronic Waste. A suitable screen can be chosen depending upon the materials being processed and the next processing requirement. The Output material discharged by the shredder could be an end product or the primary feed for the next process. The MSA-F Series Shredder can be equipped with many different rotor configurations. In addition, a cooling system, bead welds & an additional wear layer can be added.

Operation Principles

Material Pusher Structure Pushes the Material

The Material Pusher Structure is driven by the hydraulic cylinder to push the material to the blade shaft.

Material Shredding

The material is shredded through the mutual shearing between the movable blades and the fixed blades.

Screen Discharge

The shredded material is discharged through the screen system, and the particle size of the discharged material is determined by the aperture of the screen.
